- 28 oz crushed tomatoes cans
- 28 ounces black beans cans, drained
- One carrot shredded
- One bell pepper diced
- One jalapeno seed and veins removed and minced
- Two minced garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup vegetable broth low-sodium
- Two tablespoons chili powder
- One teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- One teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
